This popular camera is a "twin-lens reflex" with a large, very bright viewfinder and a flip-up lens cap.
The Kodak Brownie Reflex Synchro model was manufactured from September 1941 to May 1952 in the United States and from 1946 to May 1960 in the United Kingdom; some were also manufactured in Canada. Overall, the model was produced for 20 years.
The sync model is equipped with a two-pin flash connector located below the shooting lens, an extended screw on top and an additional lug on the side to connect the model-specific flash unit.
