A dual-range version of the rigid M mount , this lens has two focusing ranges (normal and close focus) from 1 m to 48 cm and a reduction ratio scale, as well as a distance scale on the close focus range. A locking mechanism prevents the accessory from being attached unless the lens is set to the close focus range.
