In 1974, Rollei introduced the Rollei A 110 , considered the smallest pocket camera in the world at the time. It was also the most expensive pocket camera of its era. Build quality, selenium metering, push-and-slide film advance, and a superb lens (a Carl Zeiss Tessar 23mm with an aperture of f/2.8) are some of the factors that explain its high price and the camera's longevity.
